GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALES
The present terms of sale apply to the only sales concluded by means of the www.korebot.com site.
Prices
The prices are indicated in Euro for delivery ex works. Packaging, transport and insurance as well as VAT are not included. All the possible fringe expenses, such as taxes, customs duty, etc. will be charged to the customer. Information contained in our web site, price lists and other documentation shall not constitute a commitment by our Company, which reserves the right to alter this information without prior notice.
Orders
The user places his exclusively on-line order on the www.korebot.com site. The order is registered on site only if the user clearly identifies himself and payment is made by credit card only. The on-line supply of the credit card number and the final validation of the order will be worth proof of the entire order. This validation is worth signature and express acceptance of all operations made on the site. K-Team SA reserves the right not to validate an order.
Delivery
The delivery is made by normal or speed Post. Delivery time is usually of 10 working days. Goods are being controlled before shipment. Any discrepancy or damage noticed on the outside appearance of the parcel on delivery needs imperatively to be clearly mentioned on the delivery note provided by and in presence of the Post agent.
If however the parcel is misled by the Post office, K-Team SA could not be considered as responsible. The user will have to inform K-Team SA about the non delivery of his order. The refund intervenes only after an inquiry is made and a confirmation from the Post office is received.
Transport and insurance
The freight & insurance costs correspond to the rates of the Swiss Post offices and are indicated at the time of confirming the order.
Payment procedure
The user settles his on-line purchase by credit card only (Mastercard, Visa). K-Team SA uses the secured credit card payment system by Telekurs. The entire payment procedure between you and Telekurs security system is encrypted and protected. This means that information linked to your bank card does not circulate in clear on Internet. The number on your bank card is not printed on any paper, invoice, credit card slip or any other listing. No person can have access to your bank card, whether in electronic or paper print form.
The guarantee
All articles can be exchanged or a refunded. This guarantee is effective during 7 days from the day of receipt. The items have to be returned in their package of origin and in perfect conditions
Whatever the reason is for returning some items, the user needs to inform K-Team SA by e-mail of his intention in order to obtain a return procedure. All the postal charges are to be borne by the customer. Refund or exchange of the article shall intervene only after validation of our after-sales service.
Applicable law / Jurisdiction
Any dispute shall be settled by the commercial court at the place in which our Company’s registered office is located included in cases involving third part respondents.
Force majeure
K-Team SA cannot be held liable for delays, errors or damage or any demerit in the performance of its obligations due to force majeure.
